Welcome
Thank you for your interest in Bluegrass Homeschoolers Hybrid Program for the 2023-2024 School Year. We are so excited to launch Bowling Green's first homeschool hybrid program in Fall 2023.
High School Hybrid Program
High School can be a challenging time during our homeschool journey and as parents, we want to ensure our students get the most out of their education. Our High School Hybrid Program is here to help. Students will meet on our campus Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30-3:00 with multiple attendance options available depending on the needs of each student. We will partner with families to help create a targeted, individualized education plan to align with high school credits and transcripts to ensure each student gets the most out of our program.

In order to participate in our High School Hybrid Program, students need to be at least 13 years old by August 1st and have the ability to work independently. In order to keep the classes interactive, we will limit the hybrid program to 12 students. Priority will be given first to students attending full time (2 days per week). Preliminary interviews will be conducted to ensure our program will be a good fit for your family. To secure your spot, a $100 registration fee is due upon registration. Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Monthly payments will be collected on the first of each month beginning August 1st in order for your child to attend.

Through our Hybrid Program, students will have access to academic pacing, accountability, tutoring, mentorship, and grading by a certified teacher. If multiple students are needing similar credits, we will teach classes in a small group setting. Students will also have access to agriculture and socialization opportunities as we believe in creating a well-rounded education. We believe learning occurs in all environments, not just within the four walls of our classrooms. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to care for our farm animals through hands-on learning experiences, what it takes to create and maintain a garden, how to slow down and appreciate nature, and how to practice mindfulness and positive mindsets. We will spend just as much time outdoors as we do indoors to cater learning experiences for all types of learners. We believe it's important to learn and grow together in our homeschool journeys.

All families are required to have a google account and check notifications regularly as this is our primary means of communication. Parents are expected to check our co-op communication page at least once a week for announcements and supplies needed for the classes.
Our school year will kick off with our Back to School Bash on July 26th from 11:30am-1:30pm. Classes will begin on August 1st and will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am-3:00pm. All classes will meet at our Bowling Green campus.
